BEFORE DEPARTURE

- We offer you personalized cost estimates of treatment (completely free and no-obligation) from the clinics you select, to enable you to choose. (We also provide an estimate for the expenses of your stay)
Once you have selected the clinic where you wish to be treated, send us your request and documents using the enclosed form. We will contact you within 8 days of receipt of the completed form. After review and confirmation of your dental needs, we will place you in contact with the clinic of your choice and you will receive an estimate from them which will include the cost of any treatment, tailored to your requirements.
Only requests accompanied by documents such as a diagnosis from your dentist (or in some cases suitable photos may be adequate) will be taken into consideration and reviewed for an initial quote
Additionally, you will receive an estimate for the expenses of your stay, based on the choices (accommodation etc.) you have specified. Our role is limited to assisting you with arranging your stay. You will be responsible for settling any medical bills and expenses directly with the hotel and dental clinic over your visit.
Note: All information given will remain strictly confidential. The initial consultation and price estimation is free and without obligation on your part.
We treat doctor-patient confidentiality with high importance before and after any decision regarding surgery – we cannot send you e-mails and photos for the purposes of medical consultation and diagnosis. A definitive cost estimate will therefore be offered to you only once you have been personally consulted by the respective Hungarian dentist (see Pre-operative consultation).
DURING YOUR STAY
2. Arrival at the destination airport
Upon arrival at the airport in Budapest, Vienna or Bratislava you will be received, if you wish, by a staff member from the clinic who will ensure your arrival at the hotel of your choice. Your contact person will accompany you throughout your stay – as required – and will remain available to respond to any questions you may have.
At the hotel, you may wish to undertake additional relaxation treatment which may assist you in relieving any stress you may have as part of the treatment.
3. Pre-operative consultation
A meeting with your surgeon will be arranged as quickly as possible (usually on the Monday, the day after your arrival). A pre-operative assessment (possibly including x-ray tests) may be required before this pre-operative consultation. This consultation will allow the dentist to decide on the course of treatment that is best for you and discuss treatment options with you.
The pre-operative consultation will be concluded upon submission of:
- A mutual consent form
- Confirmation of your estimate
- Payment of your invoice
As the initial price quote we provide you with is an estimate, the final bill may differ - it is not expected that this will be more than 10% higher or lower than the original estimate. The dentist will of course inform you if the work required is substantially more than that the original estimate is based on.
If you accept the proposed conditions prior to treatment, you confirm your choice by signing a mutual consent form between yourself and the dentist.
4. Surgical treatment
Surgery generally occurs on the day following your preoperative consultation with your dental surgeon (two days after your arrival). If required, a representative from Eurodentair will accompany you to the clinic on the day of the operation to assist you with the admissions and out-patient process.
5. Recovery
A representative of the company will ensure your transportation back to your hotel.
According to your request, you will then receive any further support services specified during your recovery period at the hotel. The representative will arrange your post-operative consultation with the dental surgeon, as well as any necessary on-going care and provision of any drugs.
6. Early follow-up
Initial post-operative follow-up treatment will be administered in the first three to six days following treatment. Certain other follow-up treatments may also be required which may be provided by a nurse, dental assistant or the original dental surgeon at the clinic.
7. THE RETURN
If you wish, a representative will arrange your safe passage to the airport for your departure. Upon returning home, do not hesitate to remain in contact with the clinic or your dental surgeon by telephone or e-mail. Your feedback is much appreciated.
Summary:

2. We make contact with you and put you in contact with a representative from the clinic of your choice. You will receive a personalized estimate from the clinic within 8 days.
3. You make your decision on whether to proceed based on the information provided
4. On arrival in Hungary you personally meet with your appointed dental surgeon at their clinic, discuss treatment options and receive a definite quote.
5. You sign the mutual consent form with the clinic.
6. Treatment is administered according to the approach agreed between you and clinic.
7. You pay the bill
IMPORTANT
Medical health guarantees are only valid from the dental practitioner or clinic at which you received treatment. In some cases, depending on the type of treatment you receive it may be necessary to return to Hungary for follow-up consultation. However, any treatment plan will be submitted to you in detail and in advance of any work being carried out, and no treatment will be undertaken without your express consent. Our partner clinics are subject to a strict selection criteria (see clinics section). Despite the professionalism of the dental practitioners and the quality of care given, there is always the possibility that unexpected events may occur. Problems and complications are rare (the average acceptable to the dental profession is approximately < 5%, depending on the procedure), but may occur. Be advised, however, that no matter how improbable, that in any emergency you should seek appropriate treatment in your country of residence. We recommend that you review and familiarize yourself with the guarantees offered by the clinics (see clinics section). WORLD ADVISERS Ltd. (trading as "eurodentair.com") can assume no responsibility in respect to your medical treatment, which remains entirely the responsibility of the selected dental physician and clinic. In the unlikely event of any problem, however, please inform us immediately.
